7 DAYS RETURN POLICY
- 7 Day Return Policy
If you are not happy with the product you have received, don't worry. You can always ship it back to us within 7 days without any deductions.
- Process to Return.
Please drop us an email within 48 hours at email@example.com that you wish to return a product with the reason for return. Our team will reply to you with an approval email containing the instructions and return shipping address to which you need to send back the product. We request you to use reputated courier companies and provide us tracking details. We apologies for not offering reverse pickup at this point and plan to introduce that soon.
- Refund or Replacement.
Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful receiving of return, the FULL purchase amount of the products will be REFUNDED within 4 Working Days from the receipt of the product. We can also offer store credits redeemable on next purchase (on customer request) or a replacement of the product. The reverse shipping expense has to be taken care by the customer.
