EXCHANGE POLICY

Please Don't accept a package whose seal is broken or tampered.

Incase Of A Fitting Issue (Applicable Only For Clothing Category)

We'd be happy to exchange the product brought from ONESTOPFASHION.IN for you if it's not fitting you. As we give free shipping on your original product, we charge extra shipping for the exchange product. Reverse pickups are currently unavailable so the customer will have to self ship the parcel within 7 days and bear the amount for the same.

Please drop us an email within 48 hours with Unboxing Package Video at info@onestopfashion.in that you wish to return a product with the reason for return. Our team will reply to you with an approval email containing the return shipping address to which you need to send back the product. We request you to use reputated courier companies and provide us tracking details. 

Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful receiving of return, the new product will be dispatched in 3-4 working days.

Incase Of Damage Product Received

INCASE any damage piece is received (We do our Quality Check to the best level possible) we will exchange the product for you. Unboxing Package Video is Necessary for this. Reverse pickups are not available. For an exchange of damaged product, the parcel has to be self shipped at the provided address and we will bear the courier charges.
